Life Begins with me.

Well let me begin and tell you all that what a wild and crazy life I live. I am still at the same job, soon to change and I am ready to get healthy in every form possible. My goals in life change and I know now that I still have a lot of growing to do.

My Goals 

• Spiritually Healthy
• Emotionally Healthy
• Physically Healthy
• Mentally Healthy
• Financially Healthy

1. Spiritually - I am working with my sponsor to  my step work. I am going to begin Yoga with Mediation. 
2. Emotionally - Off all dating sites for now. Deep Breathes
3. Physically - Get active! Hiking, Volleyball, walking, yoga, strength training. I have gave up diet coke, drinking more water and am trying to quit smoking. 1200 to 1500 cal intake
4. Mentally - Work on A+ Certification, update resume, organize house, keep the eye on the prize. 
5. Financially - taxes, medical bills, savings, Christmas

My new life

It begins. A lot has happened in my world. This past year has been crazy, sad, fun, and just crazy. My life has been turned upside down and inside out. I am ready to learn more about myself and be free. Truly Free!

Okay well I am not successful but I am working in a mans world (Technology World) and the stress of life can be a little overbearing. I want to create an oasis that I can come to a few minutes of the day to collect my thoughts and regain some sanity. I want to experience bliss in my neck of the world. - TrulyFree
